Rob is responsible for the overall Fraternity Headquarters operation. He works with legal matters, liability insurance coverage, public relations, and interfraternal matters. He works most closely with the Archons and Appointed Volunteer Leaders and is the point of contact for chapters seeking Pig Dinner speakers from the International Fraternity. Rob is also the primary contact at the Headquarters for any chapter emergencies that arise.

Todd provides leadership to the undergraduate services team, overseeing all activities related to the support and educational offerings to existing chapters and expansion to new campuses. Todd leads the Fraternity’s hazing prevention efforts and oversees chapter advisor support and training. He serves as the primary point of contact for interfraternal single-campus issues and IFC-related initiatives. Todd also manages the Academy and Ekklesia.

Chief Financial Officer

Will oversees all financial operations of the International Headquarters and Phi Gamma Delta Educational Foundation. He also directs the accounting staff in their preparation of the Fraternity’s budget and monthly financial reports. He processes all AAA Scholarship applications, in addition to restricted and chapter payments.
Additionally, Will serves as the Chief Operations Officer of the Foundation.

Mike leads all activities related to the support, resources and services provided to our undergraduate chapters and provisional chapters. He works closely with chapter advisors and campus partners to develop enhancement plans for under-performing chapters.

Senior Director of Graduate Engagement

Dio manages the Fraternity’s graduate dues program, assists graduate chapters, supports undergraduate chapters with their graduate relations and leads graduate engagement efforts. He is the point of contact for chapters seeking Pig Dinner speakers from the International Fraternity, and he provides support to graduate volunteers.
This position also shares time (up to 50% on a fluctuating basis) with the Educational Foundation.

Ben is the primary point of contact for undergraduate chapters and provisional chapters in the Midwest, Northeast and Southeast Regions. He handles undergraduate affairs, such as reports, correspondence and transition of chapter officers and monitors and analyzes chapter performance metrics. Additionally, Ben works closely with Purple Legionnaires and Board of Chapter Advisors.

Erica is responsible for the production and design of The Phi Gamma Delta magazine, The Friday Letter eNewsletter and the “Purple Pilgrim.” She assists the Fraternity with its strategic goals by developing and implementing communication strategies that keep members engaged and informed. Erica also manages the Fraternity’s website, print communications and multimedia marketing campaigns, and she oversees the proper use of the Fraternity’s brand.

Taelor also manages the Fraternity’s recruitment resources and related educational programs.

Additionally, he is responsible for the Fraternity’s graduate awards program, and he assists with recruiting, supporting and developing resources for advisors.

Amy manages all new brother processing and initiation reporting and fees in our database. She handles all chapter billing and account receivables as well as undergraduate payment plans. She also maintains employee files and oversees benefit administration. Additionally, she is the key contact for various vendors in the upkeep of the facility at 1201 Red Mile Road.
