Built to Lead Planning

Built to Lead Checklist

  • Use the Built to Lead Program Planning Guide to create and share the chapter calendar with members of the chapter.
    • Utilize your chapter’s annual Built to Lead Expectations to help plan programs.
    • Consider required campus programming that may meet your Built to Lead Expectations (staff can clarify if a campus program fulfills these expectations).
  • Review all Built to Lead programming to ensure each program is scheduled at the appropriate time with the appropriate materials.
    • Consider both Fraternity and campus resources when you host your chapter’s required Menu Experiences programs.
    • Note: Curriculum has been developed to ensure there is a consistent Phi Gamma Delta experience and to reduce the chapter’s burden of planning.
  • Report your chapter’s programming once completed.
