Health & Safety

Learn More

Health & Safety programs are held annually in-person. This training is assigned to chapters by IHQ staff based on previous history and needs. At the start of the academic year, chapters are responsible for contacting their assigned facilitator to schedule their training during the school year. We use volunteer facilitators, so we recommend scheduling training during the weekend.

  • Approximate Run-Time: Varies based on which program the chapter is assigned
  • Reporting Responsibility Role: Corresponding Secretary
Facilitator Preparation

First 2-3 Weeks of the Academic Year: Schedule a call with your assigned Health & Safety facilitator and build a plan for communication and selecting a date.

One Month Before the Program:

  • Confirm date, time and location with your facilitator.
  • Confirm an appropriate space is booked to host the program.
