- 7/15: Submit News deadline

- 8/1: Fall Health & Safety program scheduling opens

- 8/31: End of Term Report due
- 8/31: Report Chapter Social Media
- Foundation Scholarships: Review opportunities for the chapter
- Brother Registration: All brothers must register within 15 days of initiation
September 2025
- 9/1: CommunityEdu launches, due within one week of enrollment
- 9/1: FOC Chairman’s & President’s Agreements due
- 9/12: Fall chapter roster updates due (Membership Dues billed late Sep)*
- 9/15: Schedule Health & Safety program with your facilitator
- 9/15: Submit News deadline
- 9/30: Member Experience Survey launches
October 2025
- 10/1: Field Secretary job application due
- 10/1: Spring Pig Dinner: schedule, book speaker, report date
- 10/1: 18 Under 48 Award nominations due
- 10/15: Submit News deadline, fall magazine
- 10/31: Courageous Leader Award nominations due
November 2025
- 11/7: Member Experience Survey due
- 11/15: Submit News deadline
- 11/15: IRS Form 990 due by 15th of 5th month after fiscal year-end, send IHQ a copy*
- 11/30: Persistence Scholarship application due
December 2025
- 12/1: Built to Lead Reporting Form due
- 12/12: Academy Registration deadline
- 12/15: Submit News deadline
- 12/29: Academy attendee pre-work due
January 2026
