Phi Gamma Delta Recruitment Resources
Phi Gamma Delta’s recruitment resources are designed to help our chapters attract, engage and retain high-quality men who align with our values. Chapters can use these materials to enhance their recruitment planning, improve conversations with prospective members and create a positive, values-based experience throughout the recruitment process.
Social Media Marketing for Recruitment
- Videos/Reels are pushed out to a wider audience than regular posts. It is far more likely someone who doesn’t follow the chapter’s account to see a Reel rather than a regular post.
- Utilize trending audios to further boost your posts reach and engagement.
- The more you post, the better your posts will perform (in both reach and engagement). Stay consistent in posting throughout the year, especially before big recruitment efforts.
- Consider boosting posts with recruitment event information. Instagram allows you to boosts posts within a specific radius, use the center of campus or near new student dorms, to guarantee more users within the area see your message.
- Follow @FraternitySocialMedia for great ideas/tips of what your chapter can post to keep your account active and followers engaged.
- Hootsuite provides articles covering a wide variety of social media topics that can help your chapter improve your account and engagement.
- Sprout Social shares great research based articles and videos that can help your chapter improve your social media presence.

ChapterBuilder Training
ChapterBuilder is a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool built for fraternities. Through this CRM, chapters can monitor leads, connect with their local IFC, manage events and communicate directly with potential members.
ChapterBuilder Training is completed with Certified Recruiter Training. Officers, Recruitment Chairmen and BCA Recruitment Advisors should complete this training, and we recommend all brothers who assist with recruitment to complete the training.
