Archon President
Tim Kilduff
(Kent State 1968)
Brother Kilduff was elected Archon President by the 176th Ekklesia in August 2024. Previously, he was elected Archon Vice President by the 174th Ekklesia in August 2022 and Archon Councilor by the 172nd Ekklesia in August 2020. Prior to his election, Tim served the Fraternity as a Section Leader for 10 years, which included serving on the Section Leader Executive Committee. He also was a key member of the 168th Ekklesia Boston Host Committee. After graduating from Kent State, Tim worked as the Fraternity’s Assistant Executive Secretary under Bill Zerman (Michigan 1949). Professionally, Tim has over 40 years of experience in corporate affairs, organization management, and internal/external communications with focuses on crisis communications, media and marketing. He is the founder of the 26.2 Foundation, which supports marathoning, and he has also served as the Boston Athletic Association Marathon Race Director. Tim and his wife, Kathy, a proud member of Alpha Phi, reside outside Boston, MA.
Archon Vice President
Matthew Amend
(Iowa 1987)
Brother Amend was elected Archon Vice President by the 176th Ekklesia in August 2024, after being elected Archon Secretary by the 174th Ekklesia in August 2022. Previously, he served on the Educational Foundation Board of Directors for eight years, most recently serving as Chairman. Matt has also served the Fraternity in several other roles including Field Secretary, Director of Redevelopment and Section Leader. He has a BA in business from the University of Iowa, where he served the Mu Deuteron Chapter as President, and an MBA from Pepperdine University. Professionally, Matt has had a distinguished career in the oil and gas industry, having worked 25 years for BP Oil, where he served as Vice President of Finance and Vice President of Corporate Planning. He is currently Chief Transformation Officer and leads strategy for Lyondell-Bassell Chemical, another Fortune Global 500 company. Matt’s dad, Ralph (1952), uncle, Richard (1955), and brothers, Steve (1977) and David (1981), are all brothers from the Mu Deuteron Chapter. Matt and his wife, Renee, a proud member of Chi Omega, reside in Sugar Land, TX.
Archon Treasurer
Kevin Haga
(Jacksonville 1992)
Brother Haga was elected Archon Treasurer by the 176th Ekklesia in August 2024. Prior to his election, Kevin served on the Fraternity’s Financial Advisory Board, and he served nine years on the Educational Foundation Board of Directors, most recently as Finance Chairman from 2019-23. Kevin earned his Bachelor’s degree in political science and philosophy from Jacksonville University (JU), where he served his chapter as Chapter President and Chapter Treasurer. He also earned his MBA in finance from Johns Hopkins University. Professionally, Kevin has worked in finance for over 20 years and currently works as a Director of Asset Liability Management for National Rural Utilities Cooperative Finance Corporation. He also sat on the JU Alumni Board of Governors from 2012-19. Kevin resides in Stafford, VA with his two kids.
Archon Secretary
Robert Siedell
(Mississippi State 1974)
Brother Siedell was elected Archon Secretary by the 176th Ekklesia in August 2024. Previously he was elected Archon Councilor by the 174th Ekklesia in August 2022. Robert has served the Fraternity in various roles, including Section Leader and as Mu Sigma at Mississippi State’s House Corporation President and Co-Chair for the chapter house capital campaign. As an undergraduate, he served his chapter as Chapter President and Recording Secretary. Robert has three degrees, including an MBA from Harvard University. Professionally, he had a long and successful career with American Express International, serving as President of Japan and Head of the Japan, Australia & New Zealand Region before retirement. Outside of his career, he held several board positions, including board member and President of the Charleston Symphony and board member of Temple University, Japan, to name a few. He also has three brothers who are Phi Gams: Lee (Louisiana State 1977), Ken (Southern Methodist 1981) and Tod (Mississippi State 1983). Robert lives in South Carolina with his wife, Helen, a member of Delta Delta Delta.

Nolan Balocco
(Arizona State 2026)
Brother Balocco was elected Archon Councilor by the 176th Ekklesia in 2024. Currently, he is the Corresponding Secretary of the Alpha Sigma Chapter at Arizona State, where he is majoring in construction management. Outside his chapter, Nolan is a member of Order of Omega, Sigma Lambda Chi Construction Honor Society and the National Society of Leadership & Success, and he serves as President of the Associated Schools of Construction and Vice President of the Associated General Contractors of America. He also made the Dean’s List every semester in college. Additionally, he is the Founder & CEO of Benchmark Advisory and earned his Eagle Scout before starting his undergraduate career at Arizona State.

Michael Bass
(Louisiana State 1982)
Brother Bass was elected Archon Councilor by the 176th Ekklesia in August 2024. Michael has served the Fraternity as a Section Leader and a member of the Board of Conduct, and he was a member of the Oklahoma State Chapter’s BCA and House Corporation. He also served the Beta Rho Chapter as President and Recording Secretary as an undergraduate. Professionally, Michael is an Associate General Counsel for Verizon, where he provides legal services to the wholesale services division. He also has served on the Board of Directors for Make-A-Wish Foundation of America, and he currently serves as the Chair of the Tulsa Police Foundation. He and his wife, Sanda, a member of Kappa Alpha Theta, reside in Tulsa, OK.

Aaron Greve
(Rose-Hulman 2025)
Brother Greve was appointed as an Archon Councilor by the Archons in August 2023. Aaron is double majoring in mechanical engineering and engineering design at Rose-Hulman, where he joined the Rho Phi Chapter. Currently, he serves his chapter as Chapter Historian. Additionally, Aaron has attended several Fraternity events, including Academy (January 2022), The Leadership Institute (June 2022), the 174th Ekklesia (August 2022), Academy (January 2023) and the 176th Ekklesia (August 2024).

James Neilson
(Akron 1991)
Brother Neilson was elected Archon Councilor by the 174th Ekklesia in August 2022, after being appointed Archon Councilor in July 2021. He has served Phi Gamma Delta as a Section Leader, member of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee and Field Secretary. James has a BA in business communication and a minor in business administration from the University of Akron, where he served the Alpha Omicron Chapter as President and Recording Secretary and the Associated Student Government as President. Professionally, he has nearly 30 years of experience in human resources in various industries. Today, he serves as the leader of Human Resources for CivicEye and is the Managing Partner, Owner & Founder of Driving People Operations, a boutique business coaching and human capital management (HCM) consulting firm. James is also passionate about serving his community, including as a board member of The Plus Collective, a giving program and foundation awarding grants to organizations supporting the LGBTQ+ community in the greater Charlotte, NC area, where he and his husband, Mike, live.

Jon Yates
(Texas A&M 1991)
Brother Yates was appointed Archon Councilor by the 174th Ekklesia in August 2022. Before his election, Jon served the Fraternity on the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee. Previously, he served the Alpha Mu Chapter at Texas A&M as House Corporation President for 20 years and in several roles on the BCA. As an undergraduate, he served his chapter as Chapter President. Professionally, Jon has had a long career with the Boy Scouts of America, where he has served as the CEO of the Capitol Area Council in Austin, TX since 2012. He is also heavily involved with the Rotary Club of Austin, as well as his church. Jon and his wife, Shelly, live in Round Rock, TX.

Joe Weist

Joe preserves and catalogs all Phi Gamma Delta memorabilia and historical records. He oversees the museum at the International Headquarters and Archives Weekend.

Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging
DeVere Kutscher
(Davidson 1997)
As Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB), DeVere advises the Archons and staff on matters related to DEIB, as well as on the implementation of the Fraternity’s DEIB initiatives. He also works with the staff in the development of undergraduate chapter and graduate volunteer-focused DEIB resources, partnerships and educational opportunities.
Director of Housing
John Ziza
(Ohio 1978)
John advises the Archons and staff on issues related to housing. He serves as Chairman of the Housing Advisory, leading efforts to provide guidance and resources to the formation of new house corporations, and he helps chapter without a house chapters acquire housing.
Director of Volunteer Advancement & Engagement
Daniel Mossop
(Akron 1989)
Daniel advises the Archons and staff on development and implementation of volunteer recruitment, support and training initiatives. He provides updates on the status and needs of volunteer Section Leaders and chapter-level advisors for the Fraternity, and he coordinates efforts to implement initiatives with the Section Leader Executive Committee.
Educational Director
Amelious Whyte
(Minnesota Faculty)
Amelious advises the Archons and the Ekklesia in matters relating to the scholarship and educational programming at each chapter. He obtains the scholastic standing of each undergraduate chapter on its campus and certifies to the Archons all instances when chapters are delinquent in scholarship.
The Educational Director is a resource to undergraduate chapters wishing to improve their academic and/or educational programming.

Jim Boyers

Jim is an attorney who advises the Archons and the Ekklesia in matters relating to the formulation and interpretation of the Constitution, Bylaws of the Fraternity and other legal matters affecting the Fraternity.
Historian
Towner Blackstock
(Davidson 1994)
Towner collects, records and perpetuates all statistics and facts of interest pertaining to the Fraternity, its chapters and its members. During this process, he is encouraged to revise or add to the volumes of our Fraternity history books.
The Historian can serve as a resource to chapters wanting to document and preserve their own chapter history.
PR Director
Mike Sacks

As Public Relations (PR) Director, Mike protects and promotes the good name of Phi Gamma Delta by playing a leadership role in publicizing good works of the Fraternity and its chapters and handling crisis situations.
The PR Director can be a resource to chapters on public relations matters.
Ritualist
Josh Laufenberg

Josh is fully versed in every phase of the Fraternity’s ritualistic ceremonies. It is his duty to answer all communications regarding the Ritual, to prescribe their use and to interpret their meaning. He is also responsible for enforcing uniformity among all chapters in their observance of the ceremonies.
