Event Details
- Date: August 6-9, 2026.
- Location: Phoenix Sheraton Downtown, 340 N 3rd St, Phoenix, AZ 85004.
- Description: “Ekklesia” is a Greek term for “gathering.” The Ekklesia meets every two years and serves as the primary legislative body of the Fraternity. The group amends the Bylaws of the Fraternity and elects new Board members. Educational sessions and fun social activities balance out the time.
- Attendees: 550+ are expected (80-90% are undergraduate students and the remaining are alumni advisors ranging in age from 25-75).
- Past Vendors: Exhibitors and vendors in the past have primarily sold clothing, jewelry and services or software management.

Sponsorship Fees
The Ekklesia Sponsorship Fee is $600. This includes:
- Up to two representatives
- Clothed 6’ table (and electricity available upon request)*
- *Note: A limited number of additional tables or additional representatives may be added for a nominal fee. Additional meal tickets are available for purchase.
- Company name and logo on our website, sponsor recognition materials and session slideshows
- Recognized in the event app as a sponsor

A La Carte Event Registration
Graduate brothers and their guests are welcome to attend the Ekklesia. Gradute brothers may register as a full attendee or for specific a la carte events. However, guests may only register for a la carte events. These events include:
- Ekklesia Opening Banquet: Thursday, August 6, at 6:00 pm – $125
- Brotherhood & Baseball (Diamondbacks vs. Dodgers Game): Friday, August 7 – $80 (fee includes a $20 concession credit)
- Ekklesia Closing Banquet: Saturday, August 8, at 7:30 pm – $150
Note: A la carte registration only includes participation in the event and does not include other Ekklesia activities or amenities.

The 178th Ekklesia will be held at the Sheraton Phoenix Downton: 340 N 3rd St, Phoenix, AZ 85004.
The Fraternity negotiated a group rate of $169/night + tax. To guarantee our negotiated room rate, reservations must be made by July 13.
