Priority/Goal Setting Workshop
Program Description & Materials
For the value of excellence, we designed a workshop to help chapters advance their goals and increase individual brothers’ commitments to these goals. This workshop should be hosted in conjunction with officer transitions. Chapters may choose between two workshops to meet this criterion:
- Priority Setting: This version of the workshop helps chapters identify big picture priorities to work towards over three to five years.
- Goal Setting: This version of the workshop should be hosted in the in-between years to help chapters evaluate their progress and set new annual goals to continue their progress.
