Taelor manages all expansion projects to ensure our provisional chapters are prepared to be successful, long-term chapter and begin with our high membership standards. She also seeks opportunities for the Fraternity to establish new or re-establish dormant chapters, and she manages the Fraternity’s Growth & Recruitment resources.
