Elliott Notrica (Illinois Wesleyan 2026) Starts a Biotech Company
Elliott Notrica (Illinois Wesleyan 2026), a 22-year-old biology major, is the founder and CEO of Symbio Bioculinary, which is building microorganisms that turns food waste into new products. He is also the former Historian of the Alpha Deuteron Chapter.
