Apryl Taylor has joined the Phi Gamma Delta Educational Foundation’s staff as the new Donor Services & Operations Coordinator. In this new position, Apryl’s primary responsibilities include managing donor records and gifts; overseeing acknowledgment and stewardship communications; coordinating scholarship administration; and supporting the Foundation’s daily operational needs.

Eric Dziubyk Joins Staff As a Associate Director of Chapter Services

Eric Dziubyk (DePaul 2017) joined staff to assume the role of Associate Director of Chapter Services. He previously worked in sales at Green Thumb Industries (2019-25) and Arctic Wolf Networks (2018-19). Eric graduated from DePaul University in 2017 with a B.A. in business marketing. As an undergraduate, he served his chapter as Recruitment Chairman and the IFC Executive Board as VP of Recruitment. Eric lives and works remotely from Salt Lake City, Utah.
Phi Gamma Delta Hosts 18th Annual Archives Weekend

Phi Gamma Delta hosted its 18th annual Archives Weekend at the International Headquarters, on March 4-8. This year, 18 graduate and undergraduate brothers participated in the event, including 10 undergraduates from the Alabama Birmingham Chapter. During this annual event, participants help catalog, preserve and digitize Fraternity documents, photographs, media and physical objects. The Fraternity archives consist of thousands of items which tell the story of our rich history.

Ben Graves Joins Staff As 232nd Field Secretary

Ben Graves (North Alabama 2025) joined the Fraternity’s staff as a Field Secretary in January. During the spring 2026 semester, he will will visit chapters and provisional chapters in the Central Region to observe, counsel and serve as a liaison between undergraduates and the International Headquarters. Ben joined the Phi Upsilon Chapter at University of North Alabama, where he graduated with a B.A. in history, with a minor in legal studies in 2025. As an undergraduate, he served his chapter as President and the IFC as President and Internal Operations Officer. Ben was also a member of the University’s fishing team.

Ben Cunningham Named Assistant Director of Chapter Services

Ben Cunningham (Missouri State 2023) assumed the role of Assistant Director of Chapter Services, after serving the Fraternity as Field Secretary from June 2023- December 2025. In this position, Ben supports a portfolio of chapters and their graduate advisors through virtual meetings and in-person visits. He also serves as the primary contact between the chapters, the International Headquarters and campus-based fraternity & sorority advisors.
Before joining staff, Ben earned his B.S. in exercise & movement science from Missouri State University in 2023. As an undergraduate, he served the Psi Mu Chapter as Chapter Historian, Graduate Relations & Pig Dinner Chairman and as a member education board member. He also served the IFC as Vice President of Member Development.
