Tyler Davis Named Executive Director of Phi Gamma Delta Educational Foundation
The Phi Gamma Delta Educational Foundation is pleased to announce Tyler Davis, CFRE (Oklahoma State 2011) has been selected as its next Executive Director, effective October 1. Brother Davis will lead the Foundation’s strategy and operations to expand scholarships, bolster leadership development and strengthen educational initiatives that advance Phi Gamma Delta’s mission.
Tyler brings a wealth of experience in nonprofit leadership and fundraising, most recently serving as Executive Director of Saint Simeon’s Foundation in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He holds a master’s degree in nonprofit leadership & fundraising from Oklahoma City University and a bachelor’s in leisure studies from Oklahoma State University. He also earned his Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) certificate in 2025, underscoring his commitment to the highest standards of ethics, competence and service in the fundraising profession.
“I’m honored that I have been selected to serve as the next Executive Director of the Phi Gamma Delta Educational Foundation,” shared Tyler. “This is a deeply meaningful opportunity for me—to give back to the Fraternity that has shaped so many aspects of my life. I look forward to working alongside our dedicated board, staff and generous brothers to strengthen the Foundation’s impact and expand the ways we support Phi Gamma Delta’s mission [to build] courageous leaders.”
The announcement follows a comprehensive search process led by the Foundation’s board, which engaged stakeholders nationally across the Fraternity, higher education and philanthropic communities to identify the leadership qualities needed for the role. Tyler succeeds Ben Robinson (Hampden-Sydney 1986), who has served as Executive Director since 1997. Under Ben’s tenure, the Foundation launched The Perge! Society and The White Star Legacy Society. Through these societies, thousands of brothers donated to increase grants for the Fraternity’s scholarships and educational programming. The Foundation is well-positioned for continued success under Tyler’s leadership.
Ben will transition into a donor engagement role until his retirement. His dedication and steady leadership have been instrumental in building the Foundation into what it is today. We are deeply grateful for his years of service, and we look forward to seeing the impact he will continue to make in his new role, helping donor visions become reality.
Please join us in welcoming Tyler Davis and thanking Ben Robinson for his decades of dedicated service.
Fraternally,
Mike Lucas (Bradley 1981)
Chairman, Phi Gamma Delta Educational Foundation Board
