- 7/1: AFH Exemption – Accounts with IHQ must be current
- 7/15: Submit News deadline – summer social media
- 7/15: 176th Ekklesia registration deadline
August 2024
- 8/1: Fall Health & Safety Program scheduling opens
- 8/15: Submit News deadline – summer social media
- 8/31: End of Term Report due
- 8/31: Report Chapter Social Media Handles
- Foundation Scholarships: Review opportunities for the chapter
- New Brother Registration: All new brothers must register within 15 days of initiation
September 2024
- 9/1: CommunityEDU launches, due within one week of enrollment
- 9/1: FOC Chairman’s & President’s Agreements due
- 9/13: Fall chapter roster updates due (Membership Dues billed late Sep)*
- 9/15: Schedule Health & Safety program with your facilitator
- 9/17: Submit News deadline – Sep TFL Good News
- 9/27: Submit News deadline – fall magazine
- 9/29: Member Experience Survey launches
October 2024
- 10/1: Field Secretary job application due
- 10/1: Spring Pig Dinner: schedule, book speaker, report date
- 10/7: 18 Under 48 nominations due for fall 2024
- 10/31: Courageous Leader Award nominations due
November 2024
- 11/8: Member Experience Survey due
- 11/12: Submit News deadline – Nov TFL Good News
- 11/15: IRS Form 990 due by 15th of 5th month after fiscal year-end, send IHQ a copy*
- 11/30: Persistence Scholarship application due
December 2024
- 12/1: Built to Lead Reporting Form due
- 12/13: Academy Registration deadline
- 12/30: Academy attendee pre-work due
January 2025
- 1/10: End of Term Report due
- 1/10: Spring chapter roster updates due (Membership Dues & Liability Insurance billed late Jan)*
