Undergraduate Advisory Council Application

The Undergraduate Advisory Council (UAC) provides perspective and feedback on matters impacting undergraduate chapters and the direction of the Fraternity and be a direct voice from undergraduate chapters to Fraternity leadership. If selected, you’ll serve as a representative for undergraduate brothers while providing honest feedback on Fraternity programs, initiatives, and decisions. 

2026-2027 terms will begin no later than October 1 and conclude May 31, 2027. Future UAC terms will begin on June 1 and conclude on May 31 each year. Applications for the inaugural UAC are due no later than August 28, 2026.

Council members are expected to:

• Serve a one-year term through May 31, 2027 (with the opportunity to be reappointed)
• Attend monthly virtual Council meetings
• Participate in quarterly meetings with the Archons (primarily virtual, with occasional in-person meetings when practical)
• Share honest feedback and ideas that help improve the undergraduate experience
• Serve on Fraternity or Ekklesia committees as requested
• Participate in major Fraternity events, such as Academy and the Ekklesia
