Phi Gamma Delta Is Expanding to University of Dayton in Fall 2025

Phi Gamma Delta will expand to the University of Dayton during the fall 2025 semester, with on-campus recruitment beginning in August. If you, or anyone you know, are interested in joining Phi Gamma Delta at Dayton, please contact the Director of Fraternity Growth or complete our Referral Form.
Additionally, Phi Gamma Delta is seeking graduate brothers to serve as chapter advisors. If you, or a fellow graduate brother, are interested in volunteering, please complete our Volunteer Interest Form.

Oklahoma State University’s (OSU) Spears School of Business honored Lucas Elwell (2009) with the 2025 Outstanding Young Alumni award. The Outstanding Young Alumni awards recognize recent Spears Business graduates (age 40 or younger) who provide significant service and achievement early in their professional careers.
Mike Pence (Hanover 1981) Receives the 2025 JFK Profiles in Courage Award

On May 4, Former Vice President Mike Pence (Hanover 1981) received the 2025 John F. Kennedy Profiles in Courage Award for putting his life and career on the line to ensure the constitutional transfer of presidential power on January 6, 2021.
Southern Methodist Graduates Held Annual Father Son Retreat

During the weekend of June 13-15, Delta Tau at Southern Methodist graduate brothers held their annual father son retreat at a ranch in East Texas. This was the fifth consecutive year they held this event.

Ohio Wesleyan Made Academics & Service a Priority in Spring 2025

During the spring 2025 semester, Theta Deuteron at Ohio Wesleyan exemplified the Fraternity’s values of knowledge and service. The Chapter was #1 in grades on campus with a 3.24 GPA, and they completed over 130 hours of community service at the Delaware Women’s City Club, Free Store & Delaware Food Bank.
Volunteer Spotlight: Seaton Brown (Charleston 2009)

Seaton Brown (Charleston 2009) has served as Purple Legionnaire (PL) of the Lambda Chi Chapter at the College of Charleston since October 2023, when the Chapter was reestablished on campus. One of his proudest moments as Purple Legionnaire was when the Chapter rechartered and initiated 35 brothers in March. This was especially meaningful to Seaton, because he was one of the Founding Fathers who helped establish the Lambda Chi Chapter in 2010. Seaton’s primary goals as PL are to support the Chapter by strengthening their recruitment and brotherhood development, serve as a resource and mentor, and inspire brothers to fully engage with the Fraternity’s Ritual. Seaton also serves the Fraternity as a member of the Ritual Review Committee, which presented its work at the 2024 Ekklesia in Chicago.

Rose-Hulman Parents Host Post-Graduation Tailgate

Following Rose-Hulman’s graduation ceremony, Rho Phi brothers’ parents hosted a post-graduation tailgate on the athletic field. Over 150 brothers, family and friends attended the event.

Carson Krop (William Jewell 2025) Selected to Speak at Commencement

William Jewell students voted for Carson Krop (2025) to deliver the senior address at the College’s 2025 commencement. As an undergraduate, Carson was a nursing major, Pryor Leadership Fellow tutor and member of the Cardinal Sound and Jewell Jazz bands. His classmates recognized his leadership, dedication and contributions to campus life, making him a natural choice to represent the graduating class at commencement.
Matt Vassar & Blake Wofford Race in the Ironman 70.3 Chattanooga

Matt Vassar (Oklahoma State 1997) and Blake Wofford (WPI 2022) raced in the Ironman 70.3 Chattanooga. Matt is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences at OSU, where he met Blake, a medical student. What began as a professor-student relationship has now grown into a bond of brotherhood.
Jacob Davis (Wabash 2025) Earns Fulbright Award

Jacob Davis (2025), an economics and German double major, was one of six Wabash students who earned a Fulbright Award. He will be placed in the German state of Nordrhein-Westfalen during his fellowship. Before graduating, Jacob studied abroad in Germany during the spring 2024 semester, and he was a two-time Dean’s List honoree.
